How do I sign up for personal training?

To sign up for personal training, simply head to our Personal Training page and choose your package to get started or if unsure which option is for you, take our QUIZ. We will then schedule a free consultation to discuss your fitness goals, preferences, and any limitations you may have. Based on this consultation, we will create a customised fitness plan that is tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

How much does personal training cost?

We have personal training packages to suit varying needs, budgets and lifestyles.  From tailored packages, weekly sessions and short term plans, as well as one-off PT sessions. See our standard packages HERE.

What should I expect during my personal training sessions?

During your personal training sessions, you can expect a customised workout plan designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. We will work with you to ensure proper form and technique, and we will provide 24/7 support, encouragement, and accountability to help you stay on track.

How do I schedule my personal training sessions?

Once you sign up for personal training, we will work with you to schedule your sessions at a time that is convenient for you. We offer flexible scheduling options, including early morning and evening sessions.
